The
Inch House Irish Studies Centre runs a variety of programmes including
Irish literature, anthropology, peace studies and conflict resolution,
sociology,
political science, Irish busines, regional planning, planning in a
divided
society, oceanography, nursing, education, tourism, communication and
community development.
Speakers on these programmes include local, national and international
policy makers, internationally renowned academics, community leaders,
politicians and entrepreneurs.
Inch House has hosted Auburn College (Alabama), James Madison University & Radford
College (Virginia), University of Massachusetts (Boston
and
Amherst) & Western New
England College (Massachusetts), Grand Rapids College (Michigan), Mount
Mary College, Alverno College & Greenville
College (Wisconsin), University of Missouri Kansas City, Co-operation
Ireland, the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, Scotland and the
National
University of Ireland, Galway.

more details. We regularly host faculty free-of-charge to help with
fact finding missions, summer school planning etc. If you are
