Ireland's
cultural heritage, both natural and man-made, is striking. The
country's
association with the arts, its recent history,
ancient history and the Great Famine have left a diverse landscape full
of stunning murals, architecture, sculptures and other representations
which help to give the country its unique character. Inch House's
location in Ireland's North West makes it an ideal base to explore many
of these images. Below and in the links on the left, are a selection of
photographs associated with the Troubles in Northern Ireland, the 1845
Famine and some of Ireland's greatest artisans, historic figures and
legends. If you have any photos
which you would like
to see on Inchhouse.com please email them to info@inchhouse.com.
