Programmes
The Inch House Irish Studies Centre runs a variety of programmes including Irish literature, anthropology, conflict resolution, sociology, politics, Irish busines, regional planning, planning in a divided society, oceanography, nursing, education and community development. Speakers on these programmes include local, national and international policy makers, renowned academics, community leaders, politicians and business people. Inch House is the official host to St. Olaf College, Minnesota; University of Massachusetts, Boston and Amherst; Western New England College, Massachusetts; Grand Rapids College, Michigan; Mount Mary College, Wisconsin, Alverno College, Wisconsin, Greenville College, Wisconsin, University of Missouri, Kanasas City, Co-operation Ireland, University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, Scotland.
In 2006, the Inch House Irish Studies Centre will also be offering a number of opportunities for students and faculty to avail of its courses in Ireland.
